The Trio Apartments were erected c. 1914, an oddly shaped building on an oddly shaped lot, set within that disorienting warren of short streets in the Golden Triangle's easterly point.
The ad is from August 1914. Early Directory listing indicate three apartments, a great reason to call this "The Trio," though I notice that there are now four mailboxes at the front door — a basement apartment?
