The present house at 43 Holmwood was built some time between 2008 and 2011 per aerial photos, Andrew Reeves architect. It replaces a narrow, wooden, 1½-storey front-gabled house built shortly before 1912. The curiously angled single (!) garage reflects the geometry of the lot, itself a parallelogram set on an angle to the curb.
