Les appartements Le Marquis were completed in 1970. A rental agent (female preferred) was advertised for in June and the first rental ads were published in November. Thus this smaller (10-storey) Brutalist block preceded the Elgin Square and Centretown Place apartments (previous post) by a handful of years.
