612 Bank St., the Ambassador Court, the Glebe

 Built by Mr. D. Epstein, the Ambassador Court overlooked "Central Park," formerly Patterson Creek. It was announced in mid-September of 1928 (illustration below) for October occupancy — Noffke, Morin & Sylvester, architects.

The Holbrook Apartments, 404 Elgin

 Charles Holbrook & Sons were issued a building permit for an apartment building at 404 Elgin St. for the amount of $23,000 in May of 1915. The 3-storey Holbrook, was designed by W.E. Noffke. Rental ads first appeared in the spring of 1916. Here we see the building on a foggy night in January.
