The Goad Plans for 1912 devote a sheet specifically to the "Central Canada Exhibition Grounds" — Landowne Park. Things have been moved around quite a bit over the last century, though the racetrack/now-stadium has stayed put.
Although the sheet is dated June 1912 ("revised"), the north stand of the stadium bears an earlier notation — "Grand Stand Reinforced Concrete & Steel Construction, Exhibits & Dining Room Under Constn. Dec. 1909."
