36 First Avenue, the Glebe, Ottawa

A 2½-storey brick-veneer-on-wood with a gambrel roof, a narrow house on a narrow lot, built some time between 1900(?) and 1912. As with the previous post, a renumbering of this part of First Avenue in the 1900s, combined with the lack of Directories from 1902 to 1907 make it difficult to pinpoint a build date or name a first occupant.
