Newspaper mentions suggest that the Victoria was complete in 1932, the LaSalle in 1933. Neither appears in the 1932 City Directory, both are listed in the 1933 edition, showing eight apartments each. Side window arrangements indicate that the 1st floors are divided into 2 smaller apartments on each side, with larger units on the second and third floors.
