Pope House, 275 MacLaren, Centretown, Ottawa

Originally numbered 241, "Pope House" was one of the first houses built on Maclaren c. 1887. It was the home of Richard Pope, then Deputy Commissioner of Patents. Now home to the offices of the National Association of Friendship Centres. And yes, currently undergoing renovations.
