As with nearby 12 Hazel (previous post) my timeline resources are limited. Once again, we're looking at a quaint little stuccoed jobbie, most likely built at the end of WWII,  going by the earliest newspaper mention, again from 1946, mentioning an Emil Dagenais, steamfitter.
