Built some time between 1912 (Goad) and 1928 (aerial photos.) Early Interbellum vibe.
McLeod & Price do not include this address in their "Stroll" and my severe dyscalculia* precludes me from figuring out exactly when the hell this was built. If you know what dyscalculia is, you will understand how horrible it is to contemplate a house numbered 39 that was once numbered 93. Sufficient to to say that it's a charming, yellow-brick 2½ made all the cosier and more huggable by its front and side jerkinhead roof details. The junk-in-the-trunk mass set at 90° to the front-gabled front half is apparently part of the original design, per aerial photos.
*srsly, when it comes to numbers I'm a massive moron. my brain seizes. imagine having to watch a hockey game.
