This charming little house sits on the east side of Robert, just north of the dip in the road where Neville's Creek once flowed on its way to the Canal. As to a date, I'm stymied — interbellum maybe later? The 1928 aerials are impossible to read, the 1932 Directory lists the address as "vacant" (was the lot vacant or the house?) The earliest newspaper mention I can find is from 1944. Ah well 😔.
