#27 looks to be contemporary to its neighbour at #29 — WWII-ish? Photo 2025-08-09 (IPhone 15 Pro), early morning sun. The renovations seen here began in the spring of 2021 per Street View and include a commodious rear extension, easily doubling total floor-space, peeking over the shoulder of the original structure.
