A lovely old Spenceville gambrel (one of the few actually), built in the 19-aughts, likely first occupant "Ward Chas J, clerk supt's office Ry M S" [Mail Service?] per the 1908 Directory. Listed vacant the following year then a birth notice, the Bernard Gillis Jrs., April 1910.
